1. Digital Delivery & Access
All beats, trackouts, and licensing agreements purchased through this website are delivered digitally immediately upon successful payment confirmation. No physical goods will be shipped.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of audio files (MP3, WAV, Trackout Stems) and licensing rights, all sales are final.
- Once a file is downloaded or delivered, it cannot be physically returned or revoked.
- We do not issue monetary refunds under any circumstances, including accidental purchases, buyer's remorse, or changes in project direction.
3. Beat Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with the music for your project. If you find that the beat you purchased does not fit your song or project style, we offer a flexible credit exchange option under the following conditions:
- Time Limit: Exchange requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the original purchase timestamp.
- Equal Value: You may exchange your beat for any other available beat of equal value on our storefront.
- Usage Restrictions: Once an exchange is granted, your license for the original beat is completely revoked. You must permanently delete the original files, and you have no legal right to record over, perform, release, or stream content using that original beat.
- Limit: Only one (1) exchange is permitted per transaction. Finalized exchanges cannot be exchanged again.
4. Unauthorized Chargebacks
Any fraudulent chargebacks, claims, or payment disputes opened through PayPal, Stripe, or credit providers will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your music licensing rights. Legal action may be pursued for intellectual property infringement if unauthorized files are utilized.
